Crimecon tickets and TV giveaway

  1. THE PROMOTER  
    1. The promoter is: Everyone TV Limited (“Freely”) with its registered office at Triptych Bankside, 6th Floor, 185 Park Street, London, SE1 9SH .
  2. THE GIVEAWAY  
    1. The title of the giveaway is “Crime con tickets and TV giveaway”.
    2. The giveaway provides the chance for one (1) person to win four (4)  tickets to Crime Con worth £255 each and one (1) Hisense 50E7NQTUK TV worth £349
  3. HOW TO ENTER  
    1. The giveaway will run from 4:30pm on 24/03/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59pm on 31/03/2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
    2. All giveaway entries must be received by Freely by no later than 23:59pm on the Closing Date. All giveaway entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    3. To enter the giveaway, you must see the giveaway post on the Freely Instagram page and do all the following:
      1. like the giveaway post, 
      2. follow @freely_tv and @truecrime_tv
      3. Tag three friends
    4. You need to follow all the above steps for a successful entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
    5. All complete giveaway entries will be entered into a pool and one (1) winner will be chosen at random by Freely.
    6. No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the Instagram website.
    7. Freely will not accept:
      1. responsibility for giveaway entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, but not limited to, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the giveaway.
    8. By submitting a giveaway entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  4. ELIGIBILITY  

 

  1. The giveaway is open to all residents in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) aged eighteen  (18) and over.
    1. Notwithstanding Condition 4.1, the giveaway is not open to:
      1. employees of Freely or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of Freely or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 above.
    2. In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Freely may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.
    3. Freely will not accept giveaway entries that are automatically generated by a computer, completed by third parties or in bulk.
    4. Freely reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize giveaway.
  2. THE PRIZE  
    1. The prize is four (4)  tickets to Crime Con worth £255 each and one (1) Hisense 50E7NQTUK TV worth £349
    2. Freely reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
    3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
  3. WINNER  
    1. The decision of Freely is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    2. Freely will contact the winner personally via Instagram no more than two (2) days after the Closing Date. At this point Freely will require the winner’s email address for further correspondence regarding delivering the prize and the winner’s county in order to comply with the obligation below.
    3. Freely must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Freely will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or messages the Freely Instagram page.
    4. By submitting a giveaway entry, you are agreeing to the use and publication of your surname and county in the manner described in 6.3 above.
    5. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please email Freely at [email protected] prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, Freely must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  4. CLAIMING THE PRIZE  
    1. Please allow thirty (30) days for delivery of the prize.
    2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
    3. Freely will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the prize within two (2) days of being contacted by Freely, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the successful entries received before the Closing Date.
    4. Freely does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize or you provide incorrect address details for delivery of the prize.
  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Freely, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  6. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY  
    1. Freely will only process your personal information as set out in the Freely Privacy Notice. See also Condition 6.3, Condition 6.4 and Condition 6.5, with regard to the announcement of winners.
  7. GENERAL  
    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Freely may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the giveaway.
    2. Freely reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.
    3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of, England and Wales.
    4. If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
