Error code ETV104

Error code ETV104 means your device can't connect to our servers.
Please check your internet is working and try reconnecting your device. If this does not work you may have to reset your router and then reconnect the device.

Temporary advice for Humax devices
We’ve been made aware that some Humax Aura EZ 4K Recorders may be affected by a recent update, causing Wi‑Fi to switch off.
If you’re currently using one of these devices and seeing error code ETV104, black screens on Wi-Fi‑delivered channels, or issues when using the Freely or Guide buttons on the remote control, please fully power off your device at the wall, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
This usually restores the connection. Please not that only going into active standby will not restore the connection.
