Error code ETV305
Something’s gone wrong…
Error code ETV305 means that there is an issue tuning to a specific channel.
Please check your aerial is connected properly and rescan your device. To rescan your device you will have to visit the “Channel” section of the settings menu, you can access this by visiting the home page on your device and pressing left on your remote control. Once there you can choose the “Auto Scan” option and follow the on screen instructions to complete the channel scan. This will pick up and allocate all of your available channels for you into the TV Guide.
