Error code ETV900

Something’s gone wrong…

Error code ETV900 means that there has been a problem loading content to your device. This could be caused by an issue with your device connecting to the internet.

To resolve this try going to a different area within the Freely app, this should refresh your app and allow you to go back to the area you were trying to access.

If this does not work try restarting your device as this could help by refreshing your connection to the internet.

If the above steps are unsuccessful please restart your device and check your internet is working and try again. If this does not work you may have to reset your router and then reconnect the device.
