Terms and Conditions for The Celebrity Traitors TiVo and Freely Prize Draw. Win 6 days of prizes!
1. THE PROMOTERS
1.1 The promoters and/or prize providers are:
1.1.2 Everyone TV Limited (“Freely”) with its registered office at Triptych Bankside, 6th Floor, 185 Park Street, London, SE1 9SH, Company No: 05422613 (“Freely”); and
1.1.3 and TiVo, an Xperi company with its registered office at DLLNI Ltd, Unit 2 Saba Park, 16 Balloo Avenue, Bangor, BT19 7QTT
1.2 TiVo are also responsible for providing Freely with the prize(s) to be won in the relevant prize draw and are not responsible for administering any of the Prize Draws and/or sending the prize(s) to the winner(s).
2. THE PRIZE DRAW
The title of the Prize draw is “The Celebrity Traitors TiVo and Freely Prize Draw. Win 6 days of prizes!”.
2.1. The prize draw consists of six (6) individual prize draws (“Prize Draws”). More specifically, each of the Prize Draws provides the chance for prizes as set out in conditions 2.1.1 through to 2.1.6 to be won as follows (“Prizes”):

The First Prize Draw: Two (2) people to each win one (1) Coocaa 32CTQH38 worth one hundred and nineteen pounds and ninety nine pence (£119.99) (price correct at the time of publishing), and one (1) TiVo + Freely Goodie bag each worth thirty pounds sterling (£30) including the following TiVo + Freely branded items: one (1) tote bag, one (1) blanket, one (1) water bottle, one (1) pair of socks and one (1) TiVo plush toy.
2.1.2. The Second Prize Draw: Five (5) people to each win one (1) Manhattan Aero each, worth eighty nine pounds sterling (£89) (price correct at time of publishing), and one (1) TiVo + Freely Goodie bag each worth thirty pounds sterling (£30) including the following TiVo + Freely branded items: one (1) tote bag, one (1) blanket, one (1) water bottle, one (1) pair of socks and one (1) TiVo plush toy, one (1) Traitors calendar, one (1) Traitors book.
2.1.3 The Third Prize Draw: Two (2) people to each win one (1) Sharp 43HK4245K Smart TVs worth two hundred and thirty nine pounds sterling (£239) (price correct at the time of publishing), and one (1) TiVo + Freely Goodie bag each worth thirty pounds sterling (£30) including the following TiVo + Freely branded items: one (1) tote bag, one (1) blanket, one (1) water bottle, one (1) pair of socks and one (1) TiVo plush toy, one (1) Traitors calendar, one (1) Traitors book.
2.1.4 The Fourth Prize Draw: Two (2) people to each win one (1) Panasonic TB-50W61AEYC worth three hundred and ninety nine pounds sterling (£399) (price correct at the time of publishing), and one (1) TiVo + Freely Goodie bag each worth thirty pounds sterling (£30) including the following TiVo + Freely branded items: one (1) tote bag, one (1) blanket, one (1) water bottle, one (1) pair of socks and one (1) TiVo plush toy, one (1) Traitors calendar, one (1) Traitors book.
2.1.5 The Fifth Prize Draw: Five (5) people to each win one (1) Manhattan Aero each, worth eighty nine pounds and ninety nine pence (£89.99) (price correct at time of publishing), and one (1) TiVo + Freely Goodie bag each worth thirty pounds sterling (£30) including the following TiVo + Freely branded items: one (1) tote bag, one (1) blanket, one (1) water bottle, one (1) pair of socks and one (1) TiVo plush toy, one (1) Traitors calendar, one (1) Traitors book.
2.1.6 The Sixth Prize Draw: Two (2) people to each win a JB-55Q1811 M&B Smart TV worth five hundred and thirty nine pounds sterling (£539), and one (1) TiVo + Freely Goodie bag each worth thirty pounds sterling (£30) including the following TiVo + Freely branded items: one (1) tote bag, one (1) blanket, one (1) water bottle, one (1) pair of socks and one (1) TiVo plush toy, one (1) Traitors calendar, one (1) Traitors book.
2.2. Freely and/or any of the Prize providers reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with other prizes of equal or greater value.
2.3. The Prizes are not negotiable or transferable
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. Each of the Prize Draws will be available to win on a separate time period (the “Prize Draw Period”) as follows:
3.1.1. The First Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 09/10/2026 (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 14/06/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 1”);
3.1.2. The Second Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 15/10/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 21/10/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 2”);
3.1.3. The Third Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 16/10/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 21/10/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 3”);
3.1.4. The Fourth Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 22/10/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 28/10/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 4”);
3.1.5. The Fifth Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 23/10/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 28/10/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 5”);
3.1.6. The Sixth Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 29/10/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 04/11/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 6”);
3.2. All Prize Draw entries must be received by Freely by no later than 23:59pm on the Closing Date of the relevant Prize Draw Period. All Prize Draw entries received after the relevant Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter each Prize Draw, users should enter separately for each of the Prize Draws on the relevant Prize Draw Period and complete the following steps included in the relevant Prize Draw post in the Freely Instagram account (@freely):
1. Like the Prize Draw post;
2. Follow @freely_tv, and @tivo_uk
3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments.
3.4. You need to follow all the above steps for a successful entry in each Prize Draw. Multiple entries in the same Prize Draw are not permitted, subject to condition 3.5.
3.5. If you follow all steps in condition 3.3 for any Prize Draw and also repost the relevant post on your story and tag Freely’s Instagram account (@freely) within the relevant Prize Draw Period, you will get an additional entry for that Prize Draw.
3.6. All complete Prize Draw entries for each Prize Draw Period will be entered into a pool, and the winner(s) will be chosen at random by Freely for each Prize Draw, (“Winner(s)”).
3.7 No purchase necessary to enter the Prize Draw and there is no charge to register for use of the Instagram website.
3.8 Freely will not accept:
3.8.1. responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, but not limited to, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
3.8.2. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize draw.
3.8.9 By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1. The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) aged eighteen (18) and over.
4.2. Notwithstanding condition 4.1, the Prize Draw is not open to:
4.2.1. employees of Freely or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of Freely or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 above.
4.3. In entering the Prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. Freely may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize draw.
4.4. Freely will not accept Prize draw entries that are automatically generated by a computer, completed by third parties or in bulk.
4.5. Freely reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize draw.
5. WINNERS
5.1. The decision of Freely is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.2. Freely will contact the Winner(s) of each Prize Draw personally via Instagram no more than two (2) days after the Closing Date of the relevant Prize Draw. At this point Freely will require the Winner’s email address for further correspondence regarding delivering the Prizes and the Winner’s county of residence in order to comply with the obligation below.
5.3. Freely must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Freely will send the surname and county of the Prize Winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or messages the Freely Instagram page.
5.4. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to the use and publication of your surname and county in the manner described in condition 5.3.
5.5. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please email Freely at [email protected] prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, Freely, must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6. CLAIMING THE PRIZES
6.1. Please allow thirty (30) days for delivery of the Prizes. The Prize Draw Winners may experience delays in delivery of the Prizes due to couriering delays.
6.2. The Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
6.3. Freely will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prizes within two (2) days of being contacted by Freely, the promoter reserves the right to offer the Prizes to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the successful entries received before the Closing Date.
6.4. Freely does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prizes or you provide incorrect address details for delivery of the Prizes.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, Freely, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes, except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
8.1 Freely will only process your personal information as set out in the Freely Privacy Notice. See also Condition 6.3 and Condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of Winners.
8.2 For the First Prize Draw, the Winner must provide a name for the personalisation of the Prize and Freely will share the provided personal information with ITV to personalise the items. For the avoidance of doubt ITV is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the fulfilment of any of the Prizes except for personalising the Prize for the First Prize Draw.
9. GENERAL
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Freely may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
9.2. Freely reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9.3. This Prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
9.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England , and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.5. If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
