Terms and Conditions
THE PROMOTERS 1.1.1 Everyone TV Limited with its registered office at Triptych Bankside, 6th Floor, 185 Park Street, London, SE1 9SH, Company No: 05422613 (“Freely”); and 1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, each of the parties listed in Condition 1.1.2 are only responsible for providing Freely with the prize(s) to be won in the relevant Prize Draw and are not responsible for administering any of the Prize Draws and/or sending the prize(s) to the winner(s). HOW TO ENTER 3.1 Each of the Prize Draws will be available to win on a separate time period (the “Prize Draw Period”) as follows: 3.3 To enter the prize draw, users shall enter separately for each of the Prize Draws on the relevant Prize Draw Period and they should complete the following steps included in the relevant Prize Draw post in the Freely Instagram account (@freely): 3.3.1. 1.1 The promoters and/or prize providers are:
1.1.2 The following parties for each Prize Draw:
1.1.2.1. For the Eighth Prize Draw: WBD
1.1.2.2. For the Nineth Prize Draw: Tivo and Manhattan
1.1.2.3. For the Tenth Prize Draw: Hisense
1.1.2.4. For the Eleventh Prize Draw: Hisense
The title of the prize draw is “The Countdown to Kick-off, The Freely 11. Win 11 days of prizes!”. Round Two of the prize draw runs from 8 June 2026 to 12 June 2026 and this document includes the conditions applying to Round Two.
2.1 The prize draw consists of eleven (11) individual Prize Draws. Round Two consists of four (4) Prize Draws. More specifically, each of the Prize Draws in Round Two provides the chance for prizes to be won as follows:
2.1.1. The Seventh Prize Draw, two (2) people to each win an Argos Voucher worth £50 and 4 (four) Mock The Week mugs;
2.1.2. The Eighth Prize Draw, one (1) person to win a Hisense M2TUK 4K Laser Projector worth £899.00 (price correct at the time of publishing);
2.1.3. The Ninth Prize Draw, one (1) person to win a Manhattan Aero Box worth £89.99 (price correct at the time of publishing) together with one (1) TiVo tote bag, one (1) TiVo blanket, one (1) TiVo water bottle, and one (1) TiVo plush toy;
2.1.4. The Tenth Prize Draw, one (1) person to win a Hisense 65 inch E7Q TV worth £499.00 (price correct at the time of publishing); and
2.1.5. The Eleventh Prize Draw, one (1) person to win a Hisense 65 inch E7Q TV worth £499.00 (price correct at the time of publishing).
2.2 Freely and/or any of the prize providers reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with other prizes of equal or greater value.
2.3 The Prizes are not negotiable or transferable.
3.1.1 The Eighth Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 08/06/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 09/06/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 8”);
3.1.2. The Ninth Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 09/06/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 10/06/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 9”);
3.1.3. The Tenth Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 10/06/2026, (the “Opening Date”), to 23:59pm on 11/06/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 10”); and
3.1.4. The Eleventh Prize Draw will run from 10:00am 11/06/2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59pm on 12/06/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period 11”).
3.2 All Prize Draw entries must be received by Freely by no later than 23:59pm on the Closing Date of the relevant Prize Draw Period. All Prize Draw entries received after the relevant Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3.2. Follow @freely_tv, and each corresponding Instagram account:
3.3.2.1. For the Eighth Prize Draw you must follow @freely_tv, @legendtvchannel, and @truecrime_tv;
3.3.2.2. For the Ninth Prize Draw you must follow @freely_tv, @tivo_uk and @manhattantv.uk;
3.3.2.3. For the Tenth Prize Draw you must follow @freely_tv and @hisenseuk;
3.3.2.4. For the Eleventh Prize Draw you must follow @freely_tv and @hisenseuk; and
3.3.3. Tag one (1) friend in the comments.
3.4. You need to follow all the above steps for a successful entry in each Prize Draw. Multiple entries in the same Prize Draw are not permitted, subject to condition 3.5.
3.5. If you follow all steps in condition 3.3 for any Prize Draw and also repost the relevant post on your story and tag Freely’s Instagram account (@freely) within the relevant Prize Draw Period, you will get an additional entry for that Prize Draw.
3.6. All complete Prize Draw entries for each Prize Draw Period will be entered into a pool and the Winner(s) will be chosen at random by Freely for each Prize Draw.
3.7. No purchase necessary to enter the Prize draw and there is no charge to register for use of the Instagram website.
3.8. Freely will not accept:
3.8.1. responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, but not limited to, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
3.8.2. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize draw.
3.9. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.1 The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) aged eighteen (18) and over.
4.2 Notwithstanding Condition 4.1, the prize draw is not open to:
4.2.1. employees of Freely or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of Freely or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 above.
4.3 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the relevant prize. Freely may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
4.4 Freely will not accept prize draw entries that are automatically generated by a computer, completed by third parties or in bulk.
4.5 Freely reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
5.1 The decision of Freely is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.2 Freely will contact the winner(s) of each Prize Draw personally via Instagram no more than two (2) days after the Closing Date of the relevant Prize Draw. At this point Freely will require the Winner’s email address for further correspondence regarding delivering the Prizes and the Winner’s county of residence in order to comply with the obligation below.
5.3 Freely must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Freely will send the surname and county of the Prize Winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or messages the Freely Instagram page.
5.4 By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to the use and publication of your surname and county in the manner described in Freely must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. 5.5 If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please email Freely at [email protected] prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, Freely must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.1 Please allow thirty (30) days for delivery of the Prizes. The Fifth Prize Draw Winner and the Ninth Prize Draw Winners may experience delays in delivery of the Prizes due to couriering delays.
6.2 The Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
6.3 Freely will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prizes within two (2) days of being contacted by Freely, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prizes to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the successful entries received before the Closing Date.
6.4 Freely does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prizes or you provide incorrect address details for delivery of the Prizes.
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Freely, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes.
7.2 except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.1 Freely will only process your personal information as set out in the Freely Privacy Notice. See also Condition 6.3, Condition 6.4 and Condition 6.5, with regard to the announcement of Winners.
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Freely may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize draw.
9.2 Freely reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9.3 This Prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
9.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.5 If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
