Version v1.17.39.3 of Freely is now available and will be rolled out to your TV. Your TV should update automatically.
You can check if you are on the latest version of the software by visiting the 'Settings' menu on Freely and selecting 'Software Updates'. Follow the steps on screen to update. For more help on how to update your software visit our FAQ
In this update
Foreground mode timeout
Full screen Freely UI times out after a period of 5 minutes with no interaction, dropping back to live TV. This is to protect OLED panels. If there is an error on the TV channel, then a black screen will be presented instead with no error message. If the viewer hasn’t watched a TV channel yet, then they will be taken to the first available LCN or black screen if there is an error.
Day Navigation update
Now when you press the Blue button the Day Picker UI opens straight away and you are focused on Today, minimising clicks and making the Blue button functionality even more user friendly.
Bug Fixes
Various Bug fixes to help improve overall user experience and stability of Freely.
