The amazing Bessie Carter, best known for her roles in Bridgerton and Joan, stars as Nancy Mitford — sharp-witted, independent, and fiercely intelligent, with a knack for cutting humor and a strong sense of self.

Alongside her, Joanna Vanderham (Control Room) plays Diana Mitford, glamorous and determined, with a magnetic charm and a bold, unapologetic spirit.

Isobel Jesper Jones (The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) portrays Pamela Mitford, the gentle and reserved sister, thoughtful and quietly strong in her own way.

Zoe Brough (Casualty) takes on Jessica Mitford outspoken and fearless, with a fiery personality and a rebellious streak.

Shannon Watson (The Jetty) embodies Unity Mitford, intense and passionate, with a captivating presence and a wilful nature.

Supporting the sisters, Toby Regbo plays their brother Tom Mitford, whose calm and steady demeanour provides a grounding influence in this historical drama series.

Anna Chancellor stars as Muv Mitford, the formidable matriarch — protective, sharp-tongued, and fiercely loyal to her family.

James Purefoy appears as Farve Mitford, the head of the family, who balances authority with a charismatic presence.
