By entering the prize draw (“Prize Draw”), you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree that you will be bound by them. 

1. The Promoter 

   1.1 The promoter is Everyone TV Limited, Triptych Bankside (North Building), 185 Park Street, London SE1 9SH (the “Promoter or “Everyone TV Limited”). 
    
2.  The Prize Draw
   2.1 The title of the Prize Draw is the Freely x Hisense UEFA Euro May 2024 Prize Draw. 
   2.2 The main Prize Draw provides the chance for one (1) winner to win a UEFA Euro package for four people, which includes: 
   • Four (4) tickets to the England vs Denmark UEFA Euro game in Frankfurt, Germany on 20 June 2024 (£520); 
   • Two (2) nights at the Crown Plaza Frankfurt for two rooms (£1,048) including breakfast and; 
   • Four (4) return flights from any United Kingdom airport to Frankfurt, Germany departing on 19th June 2024 and returning 21st June
     
     2.3 One (1) runner up winner to win one (1) Hisense 55” U7N Television (£1,299) featuring Freely (together the “Prize” and “Winners”).
     
     2.4 Winners shall be responsible for any expenses beyond the cost of the prizes stated in Clause 2.2. including, but not limited to the cost of airport transfers, third party costs or any other applicable charges.
     
     2.5 The Promoter cannot take responsibility for any lost Prizes and replacements or name changes cannot be issued.

3. Entry Period

   3.1 The Prize Draw entry period runs from 10:00 BST Monday 13 May 2024 (the “Starting Date”) until 17.00 GMT on Monday 20 May 2024 (the “Closing Date”) (together the “Entry Period”).
   
   3.2 No entry will be counted before or after the Entry Period. All entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified.
    
4.  How to Participate
   4.1 To enter the Prize Draw participants must go to https://www.freely.co.uk/euro-draw and submit their first name, last name, email address and confirm their choice of prize in the form. Only one (1) entry per person, per Prize is permitted.
   
   4.2 If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested according to Condition 4.1.2 when participating in the Prize Draw, their entry will be void.
   
   4.3 Access to the internet is required.
   
   4.4 Everyone TV Limited will not accept responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind
   
   4.5 By submitting an entry form, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    
5.  Eligibility
   5.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged (eighteen) 18 and over.
   
   5.2 Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
   
   5.3 The Prize Draw is not open to:
   • employees of Everyone TV Limited or its holding or subsidiary companies;
   • employees of agents or suppliers of Everyone TV Limited. or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or  
   • members of the immediate families or households of 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 above.
     
     5.4 No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. 
     
     5.5 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. Everyone TV Limited may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 
     
     5.6 You must not use someone else’s name to enter the Prize Draw, nor enter the Prize Draw on behalf of someone else.  
     
     5.7 In the event that you do not, or are unable to, comply with the terms and conditions, the Promoter shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify you, without any further liability.
      
6. The Winners
   
   6.1 The decision of Everyone TV Limited is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 
   
   6.2 The Winners will be selected at random by way of computer process by Everyone TV Limited. There will be one (1) grand winner and one (1) runner up winner (two (2) Winners in total). 
   
   6.3 The Winners will be notified by the Promoter by email within one (1) day of the Prize Draw Closing Date.   
   
   6.4 In order to claim their Prize, Winners must respond appropriately and within two (2) days following the Promoter’s email notification (“Claim Period”), and provide their full name, postal address, contact telephone number, date of birth. The grand prize winner must also confirm which United Kingdom departure airport is their preference. They must also list their passport number, validity date, full name and date of birth as displayed in their valid passport, and the same details also for their three (3) guests who will accompany them to the UEFA Euro game in order for Everyone TV Limited to purchase travel arrangements.  
   
   6.5 If the Promoter has not received a response from a Winner during the Claim Period, or if any of the requirements set out in these terms and conditions are otherwise not met in respect of a Winner, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new Winner in accordance with Paragraph 6.4 above. The Winner of Prize 2 will receive the Prize within thirty (30) days from the Prize Draw Closing Date for prize 2. The grand Winner will receive confirmed travel plans by 3 June 2024.
   
   6.6 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
   
   6.7 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be reassigned. No changes or substitutions of names will be permitted.
   
   6.5 Everyone TV Limited. does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize or you provide incorrect details.
    
7. Limitation of Liability
   
   7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Everyone TV Limited, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in the Prize Draw, except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
   
   7.2 No liability will be accepted for any entries not received, or not received in the Entry Period due to internet or other errors or failures. No incomplete, delayed or corrupted entries will be accepted.
    
8. Data Protection and Publicity
   
   8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed by the Promoter as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Notice: https://www.freely.co.uk/legal-policies/privacy-policy
   
   8.2 In order to show that a valid award took place: 
   8.2.1 The first names and first initial of surnames of the Winners may be published on the Promoter’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and in the Promoter’s email newsletter sent to customers; and
   8.2.2 The surnames and counties of residence of the Winners will be available from the Promoter on reasonable request to those enclosing a self-addressed envelope marked “Terms and Conditions of the Freely x Hisense UEFA Euro May 2024 Prize Draw” to the following address: Everyone TV Limited, Triptych Bankside (North Building), 185 Park Street, London SE1 9SH. Requests must be received within one (1) month of the Closing Date.  
   8.2.3 By submitting your entry form, you are agreeing to the use and publication of your details in the manner described in 8.2.1 and 8.2.2 above. 
   
   8.3 In the event that you are a Winner, and you object to your details being published or made available, please contact [email protected] Please note that Everyone TV Limited must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    
9. General
   9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Prize Draw, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual breach of these terms and conditions.
   
   9.2 This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), UEFA, British Airways or The Crown Plaza Hotel.
   
   9.3 The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
   
   9.4 If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
