If you’re having issues with Freely and need to reset your TV or Streaming Device, you can do this by following the steps below.
- Turn off your TV or Streaming Device using your remote and restart it after 30 seconds.
- If this doesn’t resolve the problem you are experiencing, turn off your TV or Streaming Device and the power off at the wall, leaving it for about five minutes (get a cuppa while you wait!).
When you turn the power back on, the TV or Streaming Device will reboot its software, and may sort out the issue you are experiencing.
