Try switching to another channel and back to see if this resolves the issue. If not, please wait a few minutes and try again a bit later.

If that does not work please try restarting then resetting your device.

If the issue persists after resetting your device, check your internet is working and try reconnecting your device. If this does not work you may have to reset your router and then reconnect the device.
