It’s officialllll! Love Island is BACK for summer 2026, and honestly? We are SO ready for the chaos.

Get your cocktails, mocktails and group chats at the ready because a brand-new batch of sexy singletons have arrived at the iconic Mallorca villa in the hope of finding romance, causing drama and maybeeee even walking away with that £50,000 cash prize.

From explosive recouplings and shock bombshell arrivals to savage dumpings and terrace chats that could change EVERYTHING, the new season is officially here.

So, who are the new Islanders, and how can you watch the action? Here’s everything we know...

When did Love Island 2026 start?

The 13th series of Love Island officially began on Monday 1st June 2026 on ITV2 and ITVX.

You can now tune into watch the fresh flirting, awkward first couplings and contestants saying they’ve “never felt like this before”.

At just 21 years old, Liverpool girl Robyn already sounds like she’s ready to run the villa before she’s even unpacked her suitcase.

The quantity surveyor and DJ says confidence is everythingggg when it comes to dating and admits she’s looking for a guy with good energy.

Translation? She’s absolutely not here to play it safe.

Lorenzo:

At 28 years old, business owner Lorenzo is swapping boardrooms for the beach as he heads into the Love Island villa this summer. Originally from Hertfordshire, Lorenzo says he knows exactly what he wants when it comes to dating... and honestly? Something tells us he won’t be short of attention once the girls step forward. Tall, confident and clearly not afraid to flirt, we already feel a love triangle brewing here.

Mica:

Barbados-born student Mica is bringing glamour, confidence and main-character energy to the villa this summer. And judging by first impressions alone, we have a feeling she won’t struggle for attention once the coupling up begins.

Sean:

GAA star Sean could already be one of this year’s biggest heart-throbs. The primary school teacher and athlete has already built a huge social media following thanks to his funny videos and we can soooo picture him causing chaos during Casa Amor!

Ellie:

Real estate videographer Ellie is bringing boss girl energy all the way from West Lothian. The 24-year-old spends her days creating dreamy property content, but now she’s hoping to find her own fairy-tale romance inside the villa. Cuteeeee. And with her glam looks and confident vibe, we have a feeling Ellie could become one of this year’s standout girls...

Samraj:

Model Samraj is officially entering the chat, and let’s just say the villa boys may have some competition on their hands. The 25-year-old from Birmingham already looks ready for slow-motion villa entrances and dramatic fire pit moments, and fans are convinced he could become one of this season’s biggest bombshells.

Lola:

Detective by day, potential villa detective by night...

28-year-old Lola from Kent spends her working life spotting red flags for a living, so the boys might struggle to get away with any dodgy behaviour this summer. And honestly? We LOVE the idea of a detective entering the villa because you just know she’ll clock every sneaky terrace chat immediately.

Sam:

Electrician Sam is trading tools for tans as he heads into the Love Island villa this summer. The 25-year-old from Dudley seems laid-back, cheeky and ready for a summer full of flirting – but will he find romance or end up in the middle of villa chaos?

Angelista:

Nurse Angelista is bringing beauty and brains to Love Island 2026. The 24-year-old from Staffordshire says she’s ready to put herself out there and find somebody who can match her energy – and we already know the villa boys are going to be fighting for her attention.

Ope:

Dumped: Day 10

West End performer Ope might just be the Islanders’ biggest personality this season. From dramatic declarations of love to villa one-liners that instantly become memes, something tells us he’s going to make very good TV.

Jasmine:

Dubai business owner Jasmine is entering the villa with confidence, glam and boss energy. At 27 years old, the fashion entrepreneur already lives a seriously luxurious lifestyle – but could she finally find love in Mallorca too? One thing’s for sure: the outfits are all we will be talking about this season.

Aidan

23-year-old property broker Aidan is ready to swap house deals for heartbreak and hopefully find romance in the Love Island villa. Originally from Kent, Aidan describes himself as confident and ambitious – and we can already picture him pulling people for chats by the fire pit within approximately five minutes of arriving.

Who Are the New Love Island Bombshells? Meet the Latest Villa Arrivals

 
It’s official: the first two bombshells have entered the Love Island villa! The bench full of bombshells are coming out to play, and they’re ready to cause some chaosss.
Bombshells have given us some of Love Island’s most iconic moments, from Maura Higgins’ sharp Irish wit, to Ekin-Su’s crawling theatrics, and of course the one and only Joey Essex touching down in Mallorca. 

For the first time in Love Island history, the two new bombshells have been handed a secret mission: dump two islanders within just 24 hours, for any reason they fancy!  The pressure’s on and it’s all to play for… so let the games begin! 

George Knight

George has swapped his boots at Dorking Wanderers FC for the ultimate gameplay of scoring in the villa. He’s stepping straight into the most savage dumping twist we’ve seen yet, so it’s safe to say the Islanders should stay on their toes.

Unfortunately George had to leave the villa abruptly to be with his family in week 1.

Yasmin Hadlow

Where can I watch Love Island 2026?

Love Island 2026 airs on ITV2 from Sunday to Friday, with episodes also available to stream on ITVX. Saturday nights are usually reserved for the weekly highlights show, where viewers can relive all the villa chaos from the week before. Perfectttt if you somehow missed the inevitable fire pit drama everyone’s talking about online.

And if you're wondering how long Love Island will be on for, this series is expected to run for around eight weeks, meaning we’ll likely be glued to our TVs alllllll summer long. That’s two whole months of messy love triangles, Casa Amor betrayals, dramatic exits and Islanders insisting they’re “closed off”.
